2008 | West Cork Coastal House
The Moyross House consists of a large basement 338.5 square meter extension,
topped with a 59.5square meter glass box which connected back to the existing
145.5 square meter coastal residence. Located on an exposed cliff location, this now
large house nestles itself in the headland where the floor to ceiling glazing
offers dramatic views of the ocean before it. Shea Hartigan produced technical drawings/information and managed procurement and early construction administration for this project.
