Synopsis

New York based, Masters Graduate of the CCAE, Cork School of Architecture, Ireland. Shea Hartigan has worked in the field of architecture since graduating from the Cork Institute of Technology in 2002. Associate member of The American Institute of Architects, Shea Hartigan relocated to New York to operate in an international field of architecture. This move allowed Shea Hartigan to bring his European expertise to new projects in the U.S. and to form new United States -European connections within his field.
Recent 2013-2014

United States

experience includes retail, gallery/studio, and residential refurbishments in NYC with O’Neil Langan Architects and Rexrode Chirigos Architects.
Prior European experience with Jack Coughlan Associates include work on over 48 projects ranging from a feasibility studies for the postal service of Ireland, leading and designing a change of use project for the Mercy Hospital Cork's outpatient clinic, and house extensions in Skibbereen and North Cork.
Shea Hartigan curated exhibitions for the Tallinn Architecture Biennale 2013 and Istanbul Design Week 2013 which show cased young European Architects
